Returned to Otterburns to try their Sunday lunch and was not disappointed. The food was delicious, so tasty. It was brought to the table fresh and still hot. The beef was cooked to perfection. Finished the lunch off with a sticky toffee pudding, perfect. This is the best Sunday lunch I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Otterburns.

Good location which is very convenient for us nearby residents. Food was good and decently priced. Shame it wasn't that busy as it affected the ambience slightly. Not sure why it isn't busier as it's a good place.

Went for a full English and wasn't disappointed. The food was fresh and very tasty. The staff were lovely and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend. I will be going back.

Food excellent although a little to much salt in potatoes and vegetables. Staff excellent and helpful.

This was honestly the worst dining experience of my life, sat down at 8:45, one meal arrived at 10pm, second two meals arrived almost an hour later in take away boxes and the fourth meal never arrived as the ran out of food! No apology, refund or offer of good will. Understaffed with no organisation or management oversight!

We were advised on attending 20/25 min delay however this actually was more like an hour which we were not kept updated , had run out of some their non alcoholic drinks which are limited, the starter was ok but main less and as it was Thai night so we expected more, it is a shame that their customer service let them down and are not slicker in the delivering of their food out to customers we did have 1 member of the team ask if we were waiting for mains then advised would be there shortly. I noted some reservations for this event had not attended It’s a shame as the actual venue itself is great and on the doorstep. The only reason I didn’t get up and leave was because of the company

The food and drink was really nice, service was speedy and professional. The menu is fairly limited for options but the burgers were done perfectly.
