Had a lovely date night on a lovely summer evening. Staff very attentive and friendly, great service. Ambiance was lovely and made all the better by the live music, great vocalist and guitarist! Food was really good, tasty, well presented and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back again and what’s best for us is that it’s local!

I’ve never been somewhere that brings the starter after the main !!! All our first choices we wanted they didn’t have. They brought one starter with the mains and then the second starter 10mins after we had finished our mains. Young girl serving us did her best but clearly needs some training. The mains were disappointing to say the least !! Food is as disappointing to say the least. Shame as the atmosphere and decor looks so good.

First time at this lovely restaurant for an evening meal with friends. Food, drink and service was all wonderful. Will definitely be returning, especially for the 2 for 1 cocktails before 7pm.

Excellent is the only word I can use to describe Otterburns. After a bumpy start they have really got things right. The food, service and the atmosphere are all amazing The staff make you feel truly welcome and are extremely friendly. If you haven’t been then give it a try and support our local businesses.

Ordered the Goats Cheese Salad for starter, Needed more tomato, Celery, Pepper and balsamic. Something crusty would of been nice too. The roast beef was for main. Beef wasn't serviced pink as per the menu. No horseradish sauce. Roast potatoes needed more colour and more crispy. There is no kids starters, so was charged £7 for Nachos, even though kids Main and Pudding is £6. Bill for family of 3 was £101, which is a lot and more like somewhere for a special treat rather than every week or twice a month. still some tweaks on the food that could be made

Booked for my birthday breakfast. Greeted and sat down straight away. Ordered at bar. Asked for happy birthday in coffee which I loved. Also had a cocktail with birthday message. Friendly, chatty, clean. Couldn't fault our visit. Breakfast was amazing

The food was excellent. Especially my Chorizo pasta. The sauce was scrummy. I asked for some bread to soak it up as the wife said I could not lick the bowl ha ha! Lovely staff. Will be back soon.
