My fiance and I had been wanting to go to Otaru since we first heard of their opening this summer. We decided to save it for a special occasion and went for our anniversary. It lived up to our expectations. Our server Noah was extremely attentive and his recommendations were perfect. Everything was amazing, but the cawanmushi really stuck out to me. We got it with uni and it was such a unique dish. My other favorite was the wagyu nigiri. I highly recommend this place. We will Be back for sure!

Otaru is a must for anyone looking for a great dining experience! I chose this place for my wife's birthday. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We had the yellow tail and pork boa for appetizers , then followed it up with the Otaru course. The hot meal we ended with was the udon beef which Randy (waiter) split in separate bowls for us to share. Randy even surprised my wife with a little birthday cake and together we sang her happy birthday. Randy made our first experience here unforgettable. From the beginning to the end it was flawless and we can't wait to come back again !

Great dinner and Angela was an amazing server. We had a wide range of food and desert. Flight of whiskey was a great way to start!!

Elevated sushi and fantastic cocktails. The gyoza and tartar are must have starters. Noah, our server, was amazing. He could sell a ketchup popsicle to a man wearing white gloves. Highly recommend Otaru and ask for Noah as your server!

Other than being a little drafty on the ground level - we loved it! Our server Randy was the absolute best! The food was gorgeous and delicious The drinks were really fun too. Can’t beat the view of the city either.

We had a wonderful experience at Otaru! The sake, wine and cocktail list was top notch, the food was exquisite with some of the best sauces we have ever eaten, and the service was excellent. We’ll be back!
