Excellent service from the moment you walk in through out entire meal. Food was great, service staff excellent and friendly.

Our server was very attentive, a couple of dinners were outstanding and 2 others were only ok. 3 meals arrived together, the 4th one arrived 10 minutes later. Dessert arrived at different times. I have eaten at different Oswego Grills many times and this visit was not the high quality of food and service received in the past,

We made a reservation, but had to wait an extra ten minutes past our reservation time to be seated. The Shrimp Scampi was way too salty. My NY Steak was also salty but not as much. The wine list was good, but too expensive so we skipped having wine. It was very noisy too. Our server was great as was her trainee. The owner stopped by our table which was good to see too.

We always enjoy our visits to Oswego Grill in Clackamas. Good menu and a nice seasonal specials menu as well. Always very good service. A bit too loud though. Music volume should be lower.

The service was amazing! The store manager stopped by 2 times and held the front door open for us. Our waiter Josh was amazing and very sweet. Gave us great ideas on what to order.

Being that we were going on a Sunday night for dinner for my wife’s birthday, I made a reservation stating that it was my wife’s birthday. Although there were several tables opened they put my wife and our two kids at the worst table literally next to the entrance. Why they saved the better tables for the folks who didn’t plan ahead is beyond me. We sit down and find that the table has a drink spilling wobble. Our waitress then proceeds to take our order and she is one of the worst waitresses I have ever experienced. My kids (11 & 16) actually said that they were intimidated by her and I get it. The way she talked to them was unacceptable. She was extremely stand-off ish and seemed mad when we weren’t done with our appetizers when she came back to our table. Our dinner was served and both my fish and chips were soggy as was well as my daughter’s fries. The food was definitely not worth the money. I have been to the Lake Oswego location several times and it is the exact opposite of the one in Clackamas. We often take our customers there as it is that good.

Oswego Grill has a great selection of food choices and the customer service is always great. I’ve stayed away due to the wait sometimes. However, now that I know I can make a reservation… I’m back!!!

My steak was cooked well, but was a bad cut and large portions not even cutable with a knife let alone chewable! I would have sent it back but we didn't see our server for 20 minutes so no opportunity to send it back. The onion strings were advertised as crispy but were actually soggy, and so were the French fries. Server was either too busy or aloof to provide any real service. She barely kept drinks full and never once asked how our meals were.

Waited close to an hour for our food and it came out cold and burnt. 2/10 at best because of waitress was very sweet and did her best.
