Brunch with family, enjoyed the food— delicious thin crust pizza with crispy pepperoni cups, pasta cooked perfectly with nice bite— but service was the stand out, so friendly and attentive, all in lovely atmosphere…well done!

I really hate to give a negative review but I hope this helps get their problems fixed. This is a beautiful restaurant with great potential. We were seated 15-20 mins past our reservation, no big deal it was a big game weekend. Our waitress came by and explained the menu very cheerfully and professionally. Ordered appetizers which were brought in a reasonable time given how busy they were and we weren’t really in a hurry. We knew bar was slammed so we knew to order drinks ahead of really needing them. Then the wheels came off… no entrees came out for about an hour. None of the nearby tables were getting food and we began to hear complaining… we were pretty patient but never got water refilled, had to ask, really hardly saw waitress again. We could tell they were all very stressed. I don’t blame the servers IF they continue to come check on you… finally 3 of our 4 entrees come, all were pasta dishes. All 3 had very undercooked pasta, 2 were bolognese. One had a decent amount of sauce the other was basically a dish of plain spaghetti. The 4th entree arrived 15 minutes later with no apology. It was the lamb shank and was actually very good. Again, there really was no apology or offer to comp something? A dessert, a drink, the entree that came 15 minutes after the other 3?? They obviously overbooked and need to figure out to only take the number of guests they can service at level the prices of this restaurant charges. I will say the craft cocktails were very good. At this point, I’d come back for cocktails at the bar but they have a lot to fix.

Great dinner spot- took a while for our food to come out though- surprising for a Thursday night- never had that issue before.

Best Italian in Athens that we've found so far. Very impressed with staff knowledge of menu. Would have liked a little more attention from them, however; especially to our drinks. Food was very good, cooked to perfection and as described by our server. Pricing overall was competitive until you got to pastas and secondis. Come on, it is after all, just pasta. And portion sizes were not traditional American portion sizes, they were small in comparison to price. But, I've got hand it to them, pasta does not need to be complicated, but their complex flavor profiles were on point. Cacio e Pepe was great, but Mafalde pasta could have been cooked more. It's a very thick starchy pasta to begin with and the longer it sits, the harder it gets, so unless you inhale your meal, the noodles get firmer and firmer. Spag all Bolognese was OK. Best pasta we had was Agnolotti Al Forgaggio. This meal was incredible. Wish I had tried my daughters Ziti Alla Vodka, which is typically one of my favorite dishes. Pizza was also a hit. Didn't try any secondis, but will do so next time. Space had a cool and refined vibe. It's understated minimalist approach to finer Italian dining made the vibe more casual than stuffy and pretentious. Overall, great place for a great meal, just know you are going to pay for it.

The attention to detail at this place is top shelf. The food is divine, the service impeccable, and the staff goes well beyond what is expected in order to make sure you have an incredible experience. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

So glad to finally have a wonderful Italian dining experience in Athens! Started off with a wonderful martini nicely shaken and wine selection was very nice. So many wonderful apps to chose from but highly recommend the Caesar salad! My Agnolotti with butternut squash in sage/butter was amazing. My daughter had the chicken which was perfectly done and crispy on the outside. Cant wait to try the other options and the pizza! Dessert was fabulous - went with our server's suggestion of the ricotta doughnuts with caramel and raspberry dipping sauce and it was amazing! Service was excellent and very attentive. Will be back. Restaurant was full on a Tuesday night!

Osteria Olio was incredible! The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were very tentative and warm. Please order the house focaccia, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful overall experience. Atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed. Food was great. The family style presentation was an exciting and interesting concept. Would definitely do that again. Nice to be surprised about what’s coming next. Sam made some great choices for us and was so very pleasant. Definitely a wonderful addition to the Athens food scene.

Wonderful experience! Emma was our server and was fantastic. We enjoyed pizza margarita as a starter, then enjoyed a salad that was better than any Caesar salad ever. Our entrees we enjoyed pasta perfection. One of best aperol spritz. Do not miss dessert-ricotta balls with caramel and raspberry jam!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will be back ,f.gibson
