Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. The casual restaurant features antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. Osteria Fiorella will focus on a variety of classics perfected by Marc while living and cooking throughout Italy.

We enjoyed the outside seating- perfect! Our servers explained the different dishes and offered recommendations. You must get the sourdough & foccacia breads so delicious. We had the plate appetizer with different salami’s very good. Our pasta dinners were delicious too! Cheesecake & tiramisu we took home as we were quite full!-Highly recommend!

Fish fillet was so small with nothing else and a big plate $38.00, bread was not served, cocktail took too long to be served, lasagna over baked, over loud restaurant, $126.00 +

Great choice for dinner outside of Vegas. part of the red Rock Resort. Food and drinks were outstanding-we even got in on happy hour specials. Service was excellent-very attentive!

Quite disappointed. We have 4 great meals in Las Vegas last weekend and this was the only one that was not good. The Lasagna was burnt and dry. The wine was just so so...TBones was much better. Everything else was just ok. The bread was the best thing and that should not be a highlight. All other restaurants got 5 stars. TBones, Spago, and Sadelle's

First time at this restaurant, the food was excellent service was outstanding. It was an overall good dinner recommend it for casual, dining, or business dining.

My wife and I had a delicious dining experience from start to finish. If you’re in the mood for some good Italian food and/or pizza, I definitely recommend.
