Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. The casual restaurant features antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. Osteria Fiorella will focus on a variety of classics perfected by Marc while living and cooking throughout Italy.

I sat outside which was nice but it is right next to a parking lot. Had the frito misto which was a large portion and was good but not the best I have had. It was not hot by the time it got to me and the batter was not as airy as light as I have had before. I had the rigatoni which was good but again was not piping hot by the time I got it. The pasta was nice and the portion was large- would have preferred the option for a half portion. Sauce was rich and velvety. Desert was delicious- pear tart and the cappuccino was lovely and that was actually hot. Service was very good, attentive and swift.

Or experience was fantastic It was so great to see Gerard still with Osteria He has always been a staple to service when we visit and as part time residents he always remembers us and our needs. Food was served hot and presented well Love this restaurant!

We live in LV..this is our favorite restaurant. Great service food and great value especially during happy hour.

My husband and I celebrated his birthday here. It’s one of our favorite restaurants. I ordered the Saffron Pappardelle and he had the Rigatoni. We were very satisfied. Both were delicious. We also order the crispy potatoes, which we ended up taking home because we were full from the entree’s. The staff are great. The hostess was very friendly and bubbly. The server was wonderful. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. At the end of our dinner, my husband was presented with a tasty birthday treat. We had a very lovely time and will return!
