Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. The casual restaurant features antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. Osteria Fiorella will focus on a variety of classics perfected by Marc while living and cooking throughout Italy.

We personally requested (2 weeks in advance) a table NOT in the middle of the restaurant. We were promptly sent to a table directly out in the middle. When we mentioned that we had requested a more private location, we were told they didn’t have any (even though we were looking right at one that was available). The restaurant was loud and bustling. The food was average. All for the cost of fine dining. We are locals, but will not be back.

We went for Valentine's dinner. The restaurant was pretty full at 5:00pm. We were seated at a small two person table which is not my favorite and not very romantic. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It was bit loud, so sometimes it was hard to hear across the table. The food came out quickly and was excellent.

Always look forward to new menu items, this time the Brussel sprouts were amazing. And our server Jorel is always friendly, courteous, and professional.

The bar and bartenders were wonderful. However, the restaurant opens to the casino and it reeked of smoke from the casino. It completely ruined our evening. Food was good but the atmosphere was not good.

Service was slow and after we spend over $500 on dinner, The second we were done they asked us to leave because they had another reservation. So rude after we ordered a bottle of wine had all the courses and to be treated like that was rude. Won’t be going back.

Our experience was overall wonderful. The atmosphere, the service, the menu selection … Yet my lasagna tasted like it was once frozen. I didn’t really look like fresh lasagna and It wasn’t good. I mentioned that my lasagna wasn’t quality - the manager immediately removed it from the bill, to which I was very grateful.

Pizza, escarole Caesar salad and cacio e pepe pasta were all outstanding. They brought us a slice of lemon cheesecake for our anniversary! Incredible attentive staff. Love Marc Vetri’s place. Go Birds! We live in Vegas now but we’re from Philadelphia!
