Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. The casual restaurant features antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. Osteria Fiorella will focus on a variety of classics perfected by Marc while living and cooking throughout Italy.

Arrived early for our reservations. Not able to seat us early. However, high top rables available to sit near the bar. Worked out best. Food delicious! Service excellent.

The entire team is incredible here. We sat at the bar and our servers/bartenders were so nice. The clientele was great too. Nice people everywhere. The food was amazing. Everything we ordered surpassed our expectations. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Early dinning quiet and a great venue for bar or table service make this casino based eatery a real destination. If you want above average Italian this is the easy spot to dine. Service is superb; staff is very attentive. Recommend it for the Summerlin area.

Everything from the hostess greeting us to our dessert was outstanding. We have eaten at the Philadelphia restaurant and this was every bit as good if not better. Appetizer, wine, entrees, dessert all exceptional. We will definitely be back!
