Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. The casual restaurant features antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. Osteria Fiorella will focus on a variety of classics perfected by Marc while living and cooking throughout Italy.

My husband and I celebrated his birthday here. It’s one of our favorite restaurants. I ordered the Saffron Pappardelle and he had the Rigatoni. We were very satisfied. Both were delicious. We also order the crispy potatoes, which we ended up taking home because we were full from the entree’s. The staff are great. The hostess was very friendly and bubbly. The server was wonderful. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. At the end of our dinner, my husband was presented with a tasty birthday treat. We had a very lovely time and will return!

At this point I've had everything on the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. Last night's highlights were the calamari appetizer (loved the sauce on the side) and the crispy potatoes (chunks of potato but crispy all around). Only thing different this time is that is a $5 charge for the bread that used to be free. Definitely the best focaccia bread ever - it is the constant in all of my meals there. The service was excellent as always - they even knew my birthday was coming up soon and brought out a gelato with a candle in it.

We enjoyed the outside seating- perfect! Our servers explained the different dishes and offered recommendations. You must get the sourdough & foccacia breads so delicious. We had the plate appetizer with different salami’s very good. Our pasta dinners were delicious too! Cheesecake & tiramisu we took home as we were quite full!-Highly recommend!

Fish fillet was so small with nothing else and a big plate $38.00, bread was not served, cocktail took too long to be served, lasagna over baked, over loud restaurant, $126.00 +
