Executive Chef Marco Pellegrini & his wife, Chef de Cuisine, Sabrina Vallorini transport you to their hometown of Foligno, Umbria where quality craftsmanship and a deep respect for natural ingredients are woven into daily culture.

At Osteria Umbra, Chef Marco Pellegrini has created an experience inspired by classic Umbrian cuisine, elevated by his attention to detail and culinary innovation.

Each dish is handmade with the world’s finest ingredients; from the farms right here in our backyard to the rolling hills of Italy.

This vision would not be possible without Stephen and Diane Bragoli & Daniel Bragoli, lover of all things food and wine.

The Food is out of this world. The staff is frendly and very much on top of things. all the food and drinks came out at a perfect pace and we didn't feel rushed. I have been there five times with family as well as friend and never had a complaint.

This is one of the best restaurants around, and the best Italian restaurant by far! The owners are so kind, the staff is happy to be there and you can feel that in the service. I drive from NYC to visit this restaurant, worth it every time, especially for birthdays.

We had a wonderful dining experience. Food was excellent. Service impeccable. Hostess was not a beacon of sunshine. Mark was our waiter and made evening really enjoyable. He really is good at what he does. However the food is the real star. We were a table of six and had different appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Everyone of which was delicious. I highly recommend.

From the time we were greeted by the hostess all the way through paying the check our experience was superb! Service 10/10, ambiance 10/10 and most importantly the food 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!

Went to celebrate anniversary which was shared with restaurant beforehand. Everyone & I mean everyone wished my wife & I a Happy Anniversary. Nice touch. Other than that, it was the best scallops I’ve had, best pasta in cheese wheel, best pork chops, best chocolate soufflé, best latte. In short, definitely my ‘go to’ celebration restaurant.
