We accept online reservations for parties of 1 - 6 guests. To ensure all our guests are well taken care of, reservations at Savio Volpe are 2 hrs for parties of 2 and 3 and 2.5 hrs for parties of 4 - 6. We will do our best to accommodate all special requests but are not able to guarantee requests for specific tables. We unable to allow outside food in the restaurant, including birthday cakes. If you are booking for 7 guests or more, please call the restaurant directly 604-428-0072.

We assure you that our team is strictly following Public Health and Worksafe BC guidelines to ensure that proper physical distancing is being practised by both staff and guests.

We were 15 minutes early to our reservation but the host greeted us and sat us right away without hesitation. Shonin was our server. He did a great job explaining the features and sold us on the burrata with hot honey and crackers. Must try! Did the La Familia tasting menu and the servings were very generous. We didn’t know which wine to select to have for dinner and the sommelier came by and gave us 3 recommendations - he was very knowledgeable about each wine he selected. Loved all the options the chef made for our dinner. Kudos to Shonin and the team!

Love Savio!! Not a lot of places with arancini on the menu and theirs are absolutely amazing! Polpetti are super tender & delicious! We always try to get different pastas when we go but so hard to choose cos all sooo good! Last night we split the squash & ricotta-stuffed pasta in sage & brown butter ohmygodsogooooood. Plus the venison ragù which was similarly spectacular. Cannot recommend enough the tenderloin with caper vinaigrette (with the cauli & bagna cauda as a side). And don’t sleep on the chicory salad! I hope that never comes off the menu. Only negative about this experience is our eyes were bigger than our stomaches. Pro tip: ask for a wine reco — he only brings fantastic options!!

Make this a destination when in Vancouver. Travelling from the UK we were given the place as a must go to, by a Canadian friend and it didn’t disappoint. Great staff, wine list carefully created and the sommelier helped us find the perfect match for our food, and the food was perfect, two of our group had a pasta dish which they raved about, my friend and I had the pork belly special that was cooked perfectly. The ambience is buzzy but not overbearing, people waxing lyrical about the food no doubt. Will return if ever back in Vancouver !

Excellent! Made our kids feel special too. Will definitely return to try other items on the menu. Food/Service was amazing!

Wonderful experience in all regards. Food is amazing, love the family style menu so we can try a little bit of everything. Even dishes that seem very simple in description are delicious - you can’t go wrong with any menu item, they’re all just that good. Service was excellent, thank you Ben! His love of food was apparent as he described various dishes and his warm smile made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Also very much appreciated the flow of the service, where right after we placed our dinner order, the Sommelier visited our table to offer wine recommendations based on the food we ordered and what our preferences were. She made lovely recommendations and we enjoyed the wine very much. Atmosphere was romantic, not too loud, perfect for a date night.
