We accept online reservations for parties of 1 - 6 guests. To ensure all our guests are well taken care of, reservations at Savio Volpe are 2 hrs for parties of 2 and 3 and 2.5 hrs for parties of 4 - 6. We will do our best to accommodate all special requests but are not able to guarantee requests for specific tables. We unable to allow outside food in the restaurant, including birthday cakes. If you are booking for 7 guests or more, please call the restaurant directly 604-428-0072.

We assure you that our team is strictly following Public Health and Worksafe BC guidelines to ensure that proper physical distancing is being practised by both staff and guests.

    Amazing food, excellent service. We've been a few times and are always seriously impressed. Just wish our stomachs could make room for more.

    The food was pretty disappointing. We ordered a board to start. Sloppily presented. 2 very small pieces of cheese and a blob of soft cheese plopped on the plate. Breadsticks thrown on top and a small blob of jam. The pasta plates were really not great either. Very mid. We ate it and it was fine I was just expecting better as I’ve been to SV before and it was so good. It felt this time quality has waned. Servers were attentive and friendly.

    The pasta is really good, I will skip the main course next time, and order more pasta and appetizers to try. Really delicious, will come again.

    This restaurant, like so many these days, is family style. Be prepared to coordinate your food with the rest of your party. I’m a bit over this tbh. Anyway, everything we ordered was delicious! I could go back and eat a plate of agnolotti myself. One of the specials was rack of lamb. We didn’t ask the price directly but when we expressed interest I think the server should have provided the price. The $180 charge on the bill was a bit shocking. The service was inconsistent and uneven. Again, it was delicious, but service needs to catch up to the kitchen.

    Best pasta we have had in a while. The agnolotti was amazing. The tiramisu was outstanding. Good wine selection but pricey.

    The table we reserved for two was tiny, and were sitting so close to the tables next to us. Food and service were good.

    My partner and I went in to celebrate my birthday and the staff welcomed us by greeting us a happy birthday. Immediately, we were greeted with birthday wishes. Our server was professionally candid and friendly whilst being attentive. The entire service staff was on point and I can honestly say this establishment has got its processes down to a tee. They're perfect. We ordered the Crudo, Kale Salad and a couple of pasta dishes but I was really eyeing the bone in steak. Our server recommended to try the 6 oz steak and we ended up ordering that on top of our 2 pastas. Needless to say, we were stuffed and happily so! Great value for the quality of service and food. I will definitely be back with my partner as well as with our friends and loved ones. Kudos to the grill chef and our server whom, I apologize, I did not catch the name.

    We love Savio Volpe and have been coming here for all our birthdays and anniversaries since it opened. The food is always outstanding. A lovely touch too with the birthday dessert tonight. My husband and I usually order a spread of about five dishes or so as the plates are meant for sharing, at least that is how the server explained it to us on our very first visit ten years ago. Tonight however our server (gentleman with multi-strand pearl necklace) must have remarked no less than 5 times that we “must be hungry” when we ordered our food pointing out that it was “a lot for two people” (even though our two young kids were with us at the table… do they not count?), and saying he was “impressed” when we finished most of it and saying “still hungry?” when we placed our dessert order. Are you kidding me? How rude to suggest we were overeating, especially when we have come to celebrate and enjoy a night out. Plus, wouldn’t you want to sell more food as a restaurant? Not sure what the point was of making such remarks but it was definitely off-putting. First time for us that the service has been sub-par in the ten years we’ve been coming, and sadly it left a bad after-taste.
