Great service and quality meal for a reasonable price. Despite being busy for a conference in town & not offering the SDRW menu the night we visited, it was very enjoyable.

Server failed to charge the happy hour appetizer price. Probably because I'm a tourist. I was dining from out of town by myself and the server did not tell me what I ordered might be too much for one person. Did not know they include a basket of bread with the meal. An appetizer plus a pasta dish is too much for one person. And the prices are not cheap. And when I didn't pack up the leftover food, the server made a dissatisfied look. The portion was like a full box of linguine. That's for two people. She had the nerve to ask if I wanted to look at dessert after I just wasted 2/3 of the pasta and bread.

Old Italian restaurant in the Gaslamp district of San Diego. Recommended highly by a hotel staff. We ate outside which was very pleasant on a beautiful night. Service was very good. We ordered Pasta Bolognese which was very bland and disappointing. Wine selection was very nice and the wait staff were friendly and accommodating.

I was looking forward to dinner due to the ambiance we noticed and led us to our Open Table booking. However, the food was extremely bland. We had the bruschetta, short rib ravioli and the bolognese. All of these dishes were disappointing and definitely not worth even half of what we were charged. The highlight of the dinner was the basket of bread. It was actually quite good. I would recommend finding another restaurant if you are wanting authentic Italian food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We started with ceasar salad and followed with Chilean Sea bass and lobster raviolis. Service was good and accommodating. We brought our dog as we sat on the outside patio. I’m unhappy about the additional service charges that are still being added to checks downtown. Not just here but most places unfortunately.

Absolutely loved coming here! I’d come here once before and was blown away by the quality of food and service that I knew I had to come back. The atmosphere was a 10/10 (the music really adds to the vibe). Like last time, my waitress was so nice and checked on our table multiple times throughout the night. She also gave us great recommendations on what to try from the menu. I can truly say that everything on the menu is so delicious and this restaurant is by far my favorite Italian place in San Diego!
