A lovely place to dine with family. If you’re looking for a nice, calm candlelight dinner, this isn’t it. This place is full of spirit and energy. The waiters and waitresses are friendly! The food was great, but my personal favorite was the spaghetti carbonara.

Good reliable Palo Alto restaurant with excellent food and friendly staff. A little crowded and noisy if you are trying to have a working dinner but a good ambience overall.

All the food and the presentation is superior to most restaurants. It is my very favorite. I have been going to Osteria for many years and will continue. I was so pleased that they were not affected by Covid and have stayed open. The service is very good! The food is served on hot plate so your food stays warm. go and enjoy!

Sentimental journey: Dinner with my newly retired boss here where it all began, when he treated me here for my welcome lunch 30 years ago.

Excellent Italian food. My sister's loved the Chicken Marsala and the gnocchi pesto. The cheesecake is outstanding. Very quiet at lunch and don't rush you. Friendly waitress who was very funny. All of us enjoyed it.

Francisco and management made for such a nice dining experience. I have the lasagna which was OK. My friend had the salmon dish and she thought it was great. We got the seasonal squash salad that was excellent. Their bruschetta is always wonderful. Francisco makes it so much fun with his attentive service, smiles and happy personality.

A Wonderful Dining Experience at Osteria Italian Restaurant I recently had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Italian Restaurant with seven guests, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our waitress, Violet, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From appetizers to entrees, every guest at the table was delighted with their choices. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the dessert, which was a perfect sweet ending to our wonderful meal. Overall, Osteria is a gem that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious Italian cuisine and excellent service. Thank you, Violet, for making our evening so special!
