We went to Osteria to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we had a wonderful experience. Christian who greeted us that night really went out of his way to accomodate us and got us a nice table for the ocassion. He was always making sure we were well taken care of and enjoying our evening. Our server Carolina was super friendly and provided great recommendations so much so we asked her to surprise my husband with a dish he could like based on his preferences and she nailed it. Very attentive and courtious. Extremely sweet with my daughter and checking in on her. The food, the desserts and the wine were fantastic! We can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. Thank you Christian and Carolina for making it a special night!!

Great restaurant and amazing food! Loved coming back here and trying out new dishes while repeating some classics. Our server, Salvatore, was great! Very attentive and helpful. Will definitely keep coming back!

I went for my birthday dinner with family. I was there for 2hrs and 30min. I saw our server Carolina only appeared 3 times throughout the entire dinner all those times I had to call on the busser to get her otherwise she never showed up to the table. I don’t even think I have enough space to write everything that was bad with Carolina’s service from beginning to end. When we wanted to order apps first she said let me come back in 3 min when you have the FULL ORDER because the chef likes the full order not one ticket after another(speaking on apps and then ordering entrees).We had an issue with a plate with did not like and the manager showed up before she did to fix the problem without even calling the manager in the first place. We ordered a bottle of wine and she opened and poured it once and never came back again not even to pour water. The only time she stayed at it table to wait was when it time to sign the bill otherwise throughout the entire dinner service she was absent unless I had to wave down the busser to get her because he was the only attentive one throughout the night. On top of that she treated her busser/server assistant badly, always with an attitude towards him. Also when she sang happy birthday to me she decided to call me Maria. When my name is Erika, It’s disrespectful. Specially when the reservation has my full name.. I’m pretty sure the server gets the guest info name,special occasion etc. no excuses. She was terrible and honestly it’s the only reason why I remember her name was Carolina because of how terrible her service was. Carolina long black hair, glasses either Argentina or Uruguaya. The busser otherwise was very nice, very attentive. He should be server and Carolina needs some training on that bad service and attitude. Food was delicious!

I really love this restaurant and the energy, especially the service and food quality, since the moment I got in , the manager Angelo and staff were super attentive . Carolina was our waitress, her service and attention was outstanding. Had a great experience.

The staff is polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. I can't say enough positive things about the service at this establishment!! Great experience as always, from the moment you walk in you feel a warm and familiar welcome. The staff treats you like family. Barbara was our server and she was great as always. We’ve dine here before and we leave happy all the time. The food and the mixture of flavors is another level, great chef! This has become our favorite italian restaurant in the area.
