L'Osteria Marco est une pizzeria de style artisanal à l'ambiance très conviviale et située au cœur de Larimer Square. La salle à manger en briques apparentes est garnie de bouteilles provenant d'une carte des vins exclusivement italienne qui compte près d'une centaine de crus coûtant moins de cinquante dollars à l'unité. Ce restaurant fait rôtir l'agneau, le porc et le bœuf pour ses panini directement dans la salle à manger et prépare les fromages et la charcuterie à partir du bar à salumi sur place. Legendary queen Shirley Delta Blow and a rotating cast of fabulous friends headline this weekly extravaganza filled with high-energy musical antics, uproarious comedy and endless charm. Enjoy playful Italian brunch creations, gulp bottomless mimosas, and sing along as you play for prizes galore. As always, bingo is free to play! PLEASE NOTE: The show goes from 11am-1pm. Battle of the Bottles: Red vs. White is an evening of bold flavors, lively discussion, and a little friendly competition, where every course comes with two wines—one red, one white—totaling 10 wines throughout the night. Our in-house somms will guide you through each pairing, challenging expectations and refining your palate with every sip. You’ll discover when to follow tradition, when to bend the rules, and—most importantly—what you actually love to drink. The Menu Course 1: Burrata with Arugula, Blood Oranges, and Toasted Walnuts Course 2: 3 Cheese Arancini with a Cauliflower Fonduta Course 3: Shrimp Agnolotti with Garlic, Lemon, and Cream Course 4: Braised Short Rib with Grilled Asparagus, Charred Kale, and Demi Glace Course 5: Rhubarb Panna Cotta with Fresh Strawberries, Balsamic Reduction, and Basil This is a communal dining experience—one long table, engaging conversation, and an evening of exceptional food and wine. The food was ok, but not fantastic. The butternut pasta was good, and a decent portion size. The lasagna tasted fine but could use some tomato sauce... it was almost all meat and cheese. The prosciutto pizza was ok but they did not mention that the arugula had a vinegar dressing pre-applied.

This is our go-to place for evenings downtown. We had a jazz show at 9:30, and had plenty of time to dine at Marco. We shared the very generous and delicious house salad to start, and then each had our favorites: eggplant parmesan for me (with a bowl of yummy pasta on the side) and the cheesiest and most flavorful lasagna in town for my partner. all accompanied by the perfect glass of Nebbiolo. As always, the service was as wonderful as the food. And with the plentiful plates, we will be eating leftovers for the next couple of days! Always a great dining experience.

The food was amazing! My group of 8 all enjoyed their meals. Portions are large and shareable. The burrata was great! Overall we had a great time.

With our reservation we were seated quickly. Service was prompt and courteous. Our server suggested only one dinner salad vs. two due to the large portion, which we appreciated. Our entrees were both delicious. A special birthday dessert was complementary.
