Depuis 1998, le Osteria La Spiga est renommé pour sa cuisine du nord de l'Italie authentique. C'est un hommage gastronomique à la région Émilie-Romagne. La chef de La Spiga et co-fondatrice, Sabrina Tinsley, prépare tous les éléments à partir de zéro, en utilisant des aliments entiers et des produits faits maison. Vous ne trouverez jamais d'ingrédients artificiels ou chimiques dans vos plats... jamais! Ce que vous trouverez c'est l'huile d'olive de la plus haute qualité, des fromages et charcuteries délicieux, légumes de saison, des sauces savoureuses, des pâtes faites à la main et plus. L'établissement croit au local, biologique et durable, et les viandes sont sans hormones et sans antibiotiques. Il offre également plusieurs options végétaliennes, végétariennes, produits sans gluten et sans produits laitiers à ceux qui ont des restrictions alimentaires. Vous allez adorer autant l'atmosphère que la nourriture! Situé dans le bâtiment Piston & Ring astucieusement rénové, son design rustique et élégant créé une ambiance intime et accueillant pour la famille, mais assez sympa pour un repas romantique en tête à tête. Good location and great service. Every staff member was very nice. Food was a bit salty overall, but good, and above average in quality and presentation.

Went with a group of friends, it was our first time here this place really exceeded my expectations. Everything was really well prepared. Will definitely come back

The food was great as was the ambience and music. Cocktails could have been better - they were not well-balanced. Looks like they had a good selection of wines though. Service was generally good. The waitstaff was nice, but we had 3 different people attending to our table which led to some confusion about who ordered what and one server asked after clearing our appetizers if we wanted to see the dessert menu, and I had to point out that we had not yet received the entrees we ordered. I would still go back but feel like this place could be some much better with some attention to details.

Always excellent service, food and cocktails. Must haves- The truffle pasta (share it as an app) and the Lasagna with béchamel.

Very nice interiors. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Food was spotty though. Crostini appetizer was skimpy; Just a single piece of toast on a plate. Salad was very good with bitter greens and a tangy vinaigrette. The wild boar tagliatelle was the best, followed by the gnocchi with walnut pesto. The seafood stew was bland and just not interesting. In all cases the plating was uninspired. Tipping is set at a minimum of 20% and goes up from there. $190 all in and we left a little hungry and feeling like “what just happened?” In their defense a new menu was rolled out that night so maybe they just need to refine everything.

The antipasti was average. Olives were indifferent and eggplant had very little flavour. Pasta was very tasty - butter and truffle, why not. The flourless cake was mediocre to poor. But here's what stood out: the service. Natalie was excellent. It didn't feel like dining in an American restaurant; nobody pestered us for ordering the next course. It wasn't indifference - she kept a close eye on our needs. The gin fizz was well made and wine (recommendations) were spot on.

First visit in Seattle and this was my fiancé birthday dinner!!! Food was incredible and the vibe throughout the restaurant was definitely phenomenal!!! I would definitely this restaurant to Italian food lovers with its authentic options for dishes along with the price value as well!!! Customer service was great as well from the welcome staff to providing us with detailed descriptions of dishes on the menu!!!
