Our Artisan pastas are made daily, our breads are baked fresh each morning, our seasonal desserts and candies are hand-made. This place is 10 out of 10 best pasta I’ve ever had in my life. Service was amazing. The ambience is perfect. Definitely worth the money! I will be back every time I am in Chicago

Our experience here wasn’t bad. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The price is a little high and you pay per course. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly but very slow moving. The food was ok. The calamari was good, a little rubbery. My Caesar salad was awful and I’ve never disliked a Caesar salad. My fiancé really liked his house salad. We both got cacio e Pepe which I normally love just tasted like buttered noodles rather than cheese or pepper. We asked if we could get some cheese to add and that improved it significantly. Overall I would say if I’m paying that much each course I would like it to taste better, I don’t think I’d come back again.

The server was also the manager and the service was poor. She was not friendly or particularly attentive. There are much better choices for Italian in the city as the food was barely average. We were there for a birthday, which we made very clear as we entered, and it was never even acknowledged.

Food was not really up to par with what I expected. Lacking but the chef who brought it out was extremely friendly, my server however was not so much.

Rating only the food, this review is a five. Rating the service only is a zero or worse. We were seated a little before 6 (reservation at 6) greeted immediately for water service, server came back 10 min later for drink order then after drinks delivered we were not checked on for about 20 minutes. Not a how are you doing, questions on menu, I’ll be with you soon, nothing. Finally my wife caught his attention and he was over to take our order 10 min later. In the meantime we noticed several parties seated after us already getting food served to them. Waited a long time for starters and bread and then about 20 min after that was completed for mains. Christian our server was argumentative when I asked him for updates and claimed he was attentive and was constantly checking on our party. Stated again, great food, horrible service.

reserved outdoor seating and got placed indoors. could’ve been because of chilly weather but no heads up was given

The waiter asked if I wanted sparkling or flat water and brought sparkling without confirming. Do not pour....I didn’t have to pay for it, but I assume it was included in the 25% service charge on my bill for dinner and beverages. The waiter seemed annoyed when I asked for change. The ambience and experience didn’t match the high price, and I felt cramped. The prices on OpenTable are different from those at the restaurant.

Food was better than expected. The waitress was amazing. Drinks were great. Will definitely go back again.

The service was horrible. The small room we were in was overly noisy and cramped. The food was very good!

I had the cacio e pepe. Later the panna cotta. Excellently prepared like a fine restaurant in Italy.
