Located in the heart of trendy Kensington, at 201 10st NW Calgary, Osteria De Medici has been a fixture for the city's Authentic Italian culinary offerings for decades.

Long time chefs Giovanni and Michele took over the management of the restaurant in Calgary's Kensington district, keeping the Osteria de Medici tradition and incorporating their own twist to create Osteria Chef's Table.
Our beautiful dining room features a classic Italian Style atmosphere, crisp linens and comfortable seating.
The new menu features a combination of classic Italian dishes along with daily specials created by the Chefs. Osteria Chef’s Table is dedicated to offering exceptional service and the freshest ingredients available.

Giovanni and Michele frequent city markets, local growers and farmers to bring you only the best of locally sourced ingredients.

                                                                  Such a cool little spot! The dining room is small and cozy! The ambience is nice and quiet so you can socialize with the people you are with. The service was awesome and the food was fantastic! I will be back again because I skipped on dessert and need to try at least one sweet dish!

                                                                  Great experience. The staff was amazing and attentive. The food was outstanding and every bite was delish. We will def be going back again. It was perfect after the theater!

                                                                  Our server was fantastic, attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. However, unfortunately, this place does not live up to the hype. The food is very bland. For appetizers we had the carpaccio, caprese salad, and croquettes. Both the caprese salad and carpaccio were bland. The only thing worth recommending would be the croquettes the sauce was fantastic. The steak (I acknowledge, as a ribeye should be fatty) was about half fat that was almost too tough to chew or cut. The price for what you get compared to the quality is beyond disappointing. The halibut was tough and flavourless. The managers were socializing / talking pretty loudly next to our table which was a little disruptive to our dinner. Unfortunately, not the experience we were expecting given all the positive reviews.

                                                                  My friend and I had a wonderful meal at Osteria. Our server Jan, was friendly and courteous always making sure everything was well. We were very glad to hear that they were able to reopen after the fire and continue to serve customers. We will definitely return!
