Service was slow and disorganized. 20 minutes to get cocktails, and they still got the order wrong. Had to chase our server just to pay the check. We will not return.

The best Italian food in Little Italy. Just far enough down the street to escape the craziness and tourist-grabbing of the other establishments. Exceptional experience from beginning to end. The cocktails, house-made burrata, wine selection, and pasta courses were the best I've had. Aside from the food, the highlight of our dinner was our server, Oxana. She was happy, funny, involved, informed, attentive, and full of great recommendations. Did I mention she was happy? A great time and a great meal. Don't pass this place up.

Had high hopes here, heart of Little Italy. After serving water, waited 10 minutes for two glasses of wine and another 10 for bread. We ordered very simple pastas, waited 45 minutes to get them, had to ask a waiter about them. Good food but really poor service and no apology from the manager or waiter for the service!

For being in the middle of Little Italy, this restaurant is OK. The waiters are polite and nice. The place is nice too. But let no one be under any illusions. The food is not Italian. It just looks like it. If you expect authentic Italian food, you will be disappointed. But if you accept that you'll get American food reminiscent of Italian food in Little Italy, you'll have a good time.

Service was slow, with food taking way too long to get to our table from the kitchen. We sat outside, and whether this was a tradition or not, employees were cold calling people from the street, as was the restaurant on the other side to eat at these restaurant, which was irritating. I’ll be looking for a different experience next time, and not going online to find a place in Little Italy NYC.

The pizzas were not so good. The homemade mozzarella is not a hit. Pasta can be recommended

We were pleasantly surprised with our experience at OB. The restaurant was clean and ambiance was open and airy. The staff was courteous and attentive without hovering. My strawberry mule was flavorful and refreshing. Food was really good and well seasoned. I will come back next time in NYC!
