It was our first time there and the food was delicious. The only thing I regret ordering was the Caesar salad. It was just ok. I wish they had the specials written out so we could study them a bit and know the prices. There were a lot of them. It was my fault for not asking but my husband’s pasta and seafood dinner was $49. If he had realized it, he probably would have gotten something else. It was very large but I think it was way overpriced. They said it had crab in it but we did not realize it was a fried soft shell crab sitting on top. Even the waitress was not sure what it was. We would have preferred just some crab in with the other seafood. My dinner was delicious and we will be back.

As We done good and quiet. Service was great. The presentation of food snd taste was really good!!! A hidden gem.

While the waiter was nice there was no service. Ordered salmon from their menu and it was well done and bland. When the waiter finally came over about 15 min after serving asked how it was and told him, he offered to replace, but I don't return food unless I am leaving. No need to visit.

Came to this location because the other was so noisy. Waitress never asked us for a beverage order. The bread was warm but overdone and very crispy. Eggplant parm was fried so hard it was crisp! Friend’s veal was chewy, not tender. We were very disappointed.

This was our first visit to Osteria Ama. We heard great things about this restaurant through Nextdoor discussions and other review networks. We were craving Italian and went to their West Chester location. We were promptly greeted and seated. Jeannie and Johnie were very friendly and explained the specialty entrees. We went with their suggestions and were glad that we did. Some of the best Italian meals that we have ever had. Our service was excellent. Definitely will be returning.
