I enjoyed the initial ambiance in the restaurant. We were seated quickly and everything went smoothly. However we then proceeded to wait 20 minutes to be seen by a server, who was very nice! We got our water then waited another 20 minutes to order. The food was ridiculously priced for what you get. The tea was terrible and just store bought bagged tea. Once we got our high tea sandwiches and cookies we were not impressed. But the WORST thing is that once I took a bite of my egg salad sandwich I was greeted with a piece of plastic in my food!!!! This restaurant is an unfinished mess that is trying to do something trendy. STAY CLEAR!

I'm happy to have finally crossed this place off from my bucket list. The ambiance and the food were great quality. However, beware of the afternoon tea as it can come off as a scam. It is $50 per person, and they serve you the same amount of food for two people as they do for only one person. That means that they are literally charging you double the price to get the same amount of food as the one person next to you who might be by herself. It's kind of shameless that they do that. Aside from the fact that the venue boasts an attractive ambiance but the hostess rudely scolds you for taking photos while you showed up for your reservation early. So little makes sense!

The food was great. The ambience was very fantasy like...a dream! Everything was amazing! The DJ played good music as well. A very fun night.

We are from out of town and booked this on a whim as it was relatively close from where we were going later that evening. We were so surprised to walk in and see the decor! Everyone loved it. Everyone enjoyed their food. However, we were a party of 8. Gratuity was included in our check, which is fine, but it felt like our server put in zero effort and attention because she knew she was automatically getting a nice tip from our group. Our order did not come out correctly, and she said she would adjust our check, and then in the end I don’t think she did. Food and ambience amazing, service not great at all.

Beautiful and whimsical ambience. Delighted with all the decor, both inside and outside. Since it was Pride weekend, the restaurant was busy and our table wasn’t ready yet, so we opted to sit in the outdoor dining area (the piped-in birdsong was a lovely addition). My spouse ordered fish and chips and I ordered the Wagyu cheeseburger with house chips (fries). Food was nicely presented and delicious. Overall we really enjoyed it and would like to return.

Noise level "energetic"?! I would say obnoxiously loud. Too bad they can't have music that reflects the awesome decor and ambiance this restaurant has to offer. Vintage type music would be more fitting in honor of Mr. Wilde. Friendly service and we had a great time oohing and aahing at the Alice in Wonderland decor. Also, how come no vegan options?

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The hostess was unwelcoming, the service was subpar, and the food was overall terrible. I would not recommend dining here. #BadRestaurantExperience"
