Very Unpleasant waitress (frowned & exhibited a nonchalant demeanor), cook kept calling my mother "mama" (so unprofessional). Host was pleasant and food was just ok.

The food and chef were outstanding but from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, it felt as if the waiter and manager were rushing us out the door! Constantly saying I’m not rushing but type sentences. To the point that the chef had just finished cooking our food when the waiter came by and said I’m not rushing but would you like boxes now! It was a little irritating!

For the last several times we have been there for dinner , our food has not tasted the same from a couple years ago. We have been to Osaka since maybe 2014 we are fans of the food but lately it has been so heavy on sodium and butter. The new chefs our not following the standards they go really heavy on the soy sauce and butter. The last time I even had to ask for paper napkins to soak the oil from my plate because its literally a pool of oil .. please look and have a training course where all the chefs are on top of how they season the food

Went to dinner with some friends. Had a great time, good atmosphere, food was excellent. A lot of value.

It was so dark in there and there was a smell that was unpleasant when you walked thru the door. The Greeter was not very nice or friendly. The waitress was nice but the Habatchi chef kept calling us mama, and though he seemed friendly, you couldn't understand a word he said! The food was ok but a little salty. That's coming from someone (me) who loves salt!
