Orsa & Winston est le dernier restaurant du chef réputé Josef Centeno. Il possède également le Bäco Mercat et le Bar Amá, tous deux situés également au centre-ville. Offrant un menu de dégustation variant à tous les soirs, le restaurant propose un mélange d'une cuisine italienne et japonaise. Il propose une ambiance intime, une cuisine ouverte et dispose uniquement de 32 places assises. Out of all the Michelin star restaurants I have been to this one definitely is a memorable experience and right up there at the top for me, for several reasons. First, I was nervous booking this because I am not a big seafood eater. But the combination of Japanese and Italian had my interest. There was also a vegetarian option, which I DID NOT do once I arrived and I am so so so happy for that. I got the true chef’s journey that night and it was damn near perfection. Each dish was perfectly balanced and flavorful and there was a story and an arch. There was just enough creativity in the plating that it complimented the food and did not overtake the food. Any seafood ingredients to include the fish course were so so delicious. My biggest regret is that I did not order the seafood porridge…even though every review says to have it. The ambience was just so cool. The small restaurant had such an eclectic mix of people. All of us were most definitely “in the know”. The chef and the kitchen were so calm and masterful and quiet. How often do you actually see THE chef working at a Michelin star restaurant. It was all just so “au courant” in the age of “The Bear” only no Carmy sweating bullets or screaming. It was such a cool place serving top notch visionary food. Wow. I only wish I went to the West Coast more often to go back. Bravo Chef and team! It was one for my books.

Had the most wonderful time. Food was spectacular. They added a fun surprise to celebrate a graduation

It is a prix fixe menu so you do not order per se. You do have the option of ordering vegetarian instead of the standard pescatrain menu. In addition, a seafood porridge is available for additional charge (highly recommend} We have dined at Orsa and Winston for many years starting prior to the Pandemic. I think the food has seen a rather dramatic improvement. We will be going back.

Orsa and Winston truly exceeded our expectations. The focus was on great tasting food, but the service and overall value was excellent as well.

Just lovely. Amazingly intimate and serene atmosphere. Spectacular food and an exceptional beverage program to complement. You are completely taken care of and the overall experience is wonderful.
