Located in the heart of Toronto's stylish fashion district, Oretta offers a distinct variety of private dining spaces designed to make you feel at home. Our mezzanine floor has two feature rooms; L'attico and Sorrgiorno, which can be used independently or as a whole dependant on your event needs. Our presentation kitchen on a 15 foot long marble top island is the most versatile component of the L'attico private dining space, offering space for a satellite bar or cooking demonstration from one of our Chef's. The Sorrgiorno provides an intimate dining experience with views overlooking the vaulted ceilings of the main dining room.

Food and service were great. It was a quiet Sunday night so I assume it would be louder and livelier on another night, but it was just right for a Sunday.

Not authentic Italian, pasta is too salty, pizzas are ok, croissants and bombés are terrible!!! Overrated, very disappointing, is a beautiful place but food is bad!!!

I had gone for dinner with colleagues. The food is delicious and their happy hour menu is best. However personally I prefer Oretta midtown as the servers’ are more welcoming and it is not too crowded. Food recommendations in happy hour : Che Bella burger , pasta al forno, calamari.

The server was really nice, great service. I got the Cavatelli Alla Vodka and it wasn’t the best but everybody else’s dishes were really good. The restaurant is really pretty inside stunning decor.

I had the worst tiramisu here…. The ingredients taste very cheap, and the dessert itself has nothing to do with tiramisu. The restaurant seems under staffed, we have to wait for the server for more than 10min to get water refilled.

My friend and I went for a nice brunch together. Our server was amazing; he was bartending for the floor while serving us and was still attentive! We were obsessed with the focaccia—I’m still thinking about it honestly it was so soft. We also loved our meatballs and dipped it in the focaccia which was a good decision. The only thing I was disappointed in was the pasta, unfortunately it was a little underseasoned but we still enjoyed it. However, I would probably come back for their dinner menu sometime.

Beautiful decor, excellent food, exceptional service. Overall a memorable experience to help us celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. (Note: we had our wedding reception there in 2021) Thanks Oretta!

The server took a long time to serve us, the food was not what I expected, the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very cold and she didn't ask us for the tip, she charged the full amount. I guess she suspected that we weren't going to tip for the bad service and she decided to charge it in advance. I had made a reservation to celebrate a friend's birthday, and they didn't even bring us a complimentary dessert and there was no attention whatsoever.

This is not up to our usually excellent service standards, and I can understand how this impacted your experience. Regarding the tip, we do have an automatic gratuity (autograt) policy for larger parties, which is clearly stated when booking through OpenTable. However, I apologize if this wasn’t communicated clearly during your visit, and I understand how this may have added to your frustration.
