Orelle is a modern French restaurant located on the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row, situated in the heart of the city’s business district and comprises a restaurant, cocktail bar, all-day café and terrace.

The name Orelle draws inspiration from the French words for gold (or) and her (elle). It is also the name of a French mountain village.

Orelle offers 360-degree, panoramic views across the city and beyond. Open for lunch and dinner, Orelle will serve a menu featuring both classic and modern French dishes. The small but beautifully designed bar will offer both classic and innovative cocktails, all expertly crafted by some of Birmingham’s best mixologists.

Children £50.We require a deposit on the day of your reservation of £110pp and £50pp for children to secure your table. We offer a full refund policy if the booking is cancelled one week before.

Orelle is a beautiful place that I will recommended to everyone…you have to try it at least once! From the warm welcome when you arrive, to getting in the lift to the 24th floor… the attentiveness, the decor, the ambience - it’s just perfect! Then the food! Don’t judge me for having the bread and butter, it was simply the best bread and butter I’ve ever had in a restaurant! A lovely appetiser for the main event. We both had the duck- it was beautifully presented and then it was a wonderful palate adventure. The collaboration of flavours made each mouthful a delight! It was the perfect portion size. The framboisé dessert was the perfect way to end the meal! Beautifully presented and it tasted wonderful too! partner even got a lovely ‘happy birthday’ plate which was a lovely touch! The wine and drinks were lovely, beautifully glasses and overall lovely cutlery. Orelle has it all - the views, the staff, the decor, the food! It’s 10/10!

We had the fixed price menu for lunch. The restaurant is beautiful with stunning interior, the service was excellent and the food was delicious The attention to detail was impeccable, they even bought out a small decorated plate for our anniversary - such a lovely detail. We had wonderful experience and will definitely be returning.

I think I might have reviewed this similarly before, but Orelle is nice, the food is good, just not quite good enough for the price I think. It's presented well but the flavours just aren't quite there. Service can be very good or ordinary throughout the night. I've had a couple of weird experiences with wine here too, expensive but they don't seem to know how to handle it.

Another lovely experience. Great welcome and service throughout. Ray really looked after us. The set menu is really affordable and includes wine. Views incredible as always.

A wonderful birthday celebration. Sunday lunch, fantastic value. Service, food, wine, views all excellent. Can't wait to get back to try the tasting menu.

More than a bit disappointed with my first visit yesterday evening: slow service especially on arrival - no one came to take our drinks order for over 20 minutes and then the starter was very slow to arrive. The noise level was far too high - it felt like being in a club not a restaurant! It became so bad as the restaurant emptied that we felt compelled to ask the manager to turn it down which he kindly did. The views are fantastic and the food was good but not exceptional - I won’t be rushing back when there are better alternatives close by

Food excellent. Music a bit loud for me. Service not up to usual standard. One starter forgotten, a couple of drinks requests ignored or forgotten.

Had a really lovely lunch with friends at Orelle on a Saturday afternoon. Wait staff were very attentive to my dietary requirements (vegan) and each time they came to the table, although there were different servers for different things, each knew that I was the vegan on the table and highlighted vegan options directly to me. Ellie our sommelier was excellent - knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Views and overall ambiance were great. We had the set menu and it was excellent value for money. Would be good if there were more vegan options as it was limited to one for each course - but the food was very good and looked pretty too!
