As many times as we’ve been to the Newton for a show, I can’t believe we finally got to this place. Food was good, service was great and it was great being around concert goers giving us plenty to talk about. Friendly, cozy , casual and fun atmosphere!

It is a typical pub style. The staff was exceptional, pleasant and very accomodating. We were very impressed with how hard they were working on a very crowded night. We didn't wait for anything. Liked them a lot.

The Shepherds Pie and O’Reilly Burger were excellent, as were the Reuben Egg Rolls! The drinks and food were served in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and professional. We will certainly be back!

The server was very good. However, they overbooked and we were sat at a tiny high top. Seemed to lose our orders. Had to ask when our food would be ready. Overall, not a great experience. The whole purpose of this app is to assure a table and good service. That really didn’t happen. Ran out after us to offer a $20. Gift certificate.

I'm sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. We are pretty new to Open Table and like any new system it does take some tweaking and getting used to. Unfortunately, the day you came the system did overbook us. We have worked out the kinks and are hopeful that you will try us again.
