Celebrating our 50th year, The Ore House continues as the area's longest dining tradition. The converted 110+ year old barn showcases Steamboat's ranching history while serving savory hand-cut Certified Angus Beef® steaks and chops, seafood, salad bar, and craft cocktails. All entrees include bread service, salad bar, and (2) side choices. An attentive staff will add to your evening as you enjoy the rustic atmosphere of this local gem. Available outdoor seating (seasonal), 3 open flame fireplaces (seasonal), bar seating at either of (2) bars, Private Dining options, and the ability to host events from 15 to 115 guests allows this iconic establishment to fulfill all your dining needs. And be sure to save room for dessert!

Been here several times and always good with the exception of our most recent visit. Ordered the NY medium rare. It came out almost well done. Returned it and after out whole party was about done eating my steak returned rare! Frustrating for a place that is known for their steaks.

Our experience at Ore House was incredible. The cuts of meat out table ordered were superb and our waiter, Maxwell, was attentive, friendly and gave great service. Highly recommend the Elk Loin! We will definitely be back!

We came here 2 years ago and had a great experience. This time was just off. Undercooked steak. Cold sides. Server just didn’t really pay attention.

Great place to eat. I was suprised that they rad out of Prime Rib prior to 7:30 but whatever. We did get the tail end of the prime rib and we found the flavor to be excellent but it was a little tough. We found those exact conditions to be the same when we were there 3 weeks ago, too. Still the food and ambiance was over all..... Excellent.

Stop in at Ore House every time I’m in town. The food is excellent and love the ambiance. Had the trout which was outstanding.

The food is excellent. Love the variety at the salad bar and complementary bread/ rolls. Our waiter was very attentive and so friendly. The Ore House has become our favorite go to restaurant whenever we ski at Steamboat.
