Horrible service, though not crowded for New Years Eve. Enough staff, but had to raise hands for help. Asked for bread which was brought out 30 minutes after asking and being reminded. Ordered whole chicken dish, received half. Dinner came with ice cold mash potatoes. 2 salads for dinner entrees soaked in dressing and tasteless. Had to raise hands again to get someone to give us additional water. They did take an amount off for one of the salads. The entire meal was a disappointment, and we know never to go back.

So sad to walk in here. All of the diners were unhappy and there has a hushed tone - no wonder- the service was so incredibly slow that no one appeared to be eating anything or were being served. We sat for 20, and even after mentioning we were ready to order, we were ignored - so we left.

This place is a hidden gem. Food is amazing and beautifully presented. Staff is friendly and ambience is cozy and welcoming.

Went here for lunch with a colleague on Friday, 12/27. We were the only customers in the restaurant. Service was friendly and attentive and answered our questions. Borscht was very tasty with a nice balance of sweet and sour, with a good amount of cabbage. The lamb skewers were excellent. Nicely seasoned and very tender.

We really wanted to love Ordo but unfortunately I’d classify it as “ok”. They were out of at least three food items on the menu we tried to order and one bourbon. From seeing other comments, this seems habitual. It took forever for drinks to come—I don’t mind food taking time but drinks shouldn’t be 15+ minutes after ordering them. My pomegranate margarita tasted like it was only pomegranate juice it was so sweet. Brussels sprouts were good but very undercooked—would have been great if cooked longer. My mushroom soup was very good and it was a big bowl! Our other apps and entrees were meh. The waitress was sweet but seemed overwhelmed. At one point we had to find someone to get us water as we hadn’t had water or drinks in 30 minutes. I don’t mind a long meal but we were there for almost 2 hours so if that would drive you insane—you’ve been warned.

Waited over an hour to receive our orders when other tables were seated after us and served before us, we entered the restaurant with only two other groups dining at the time so it was not busy at all. Never apologized about the wait and took forever to both get us and return our check. Awful service.

We came with another couple, and this was our first visit, and we all really loved it. The ambience was nice with background music playing that kept the atmosphere lively without being too loud. it’s very comfortable place with an authentic feel of the ethnicities represented in the food. There is a wide range dishes of eastern European and Central Asian influences. You can find both dishes that will be very filling and ones that are lighter. I had a lamb dish over aromatic rice that was excellent. My wife had one that was with beef, and another friend had a beef stroganoff dish. Mine came with a bowl of spicy hot sauce that mixed perfectly and made the dish very exciting. The dishes are so good that I could easily eat here often. It was a treat, and I wish we knew how to prepare food like this at home. My wife loved it, too, and we look forward to returning. Do yourself a favor and try it.

Really enjoyed our meal at Oreo. Food was unique and delirious. It’s a jem. I had lamb plov and wife had salmon and pineapple skewers. Yum. Definitely going back to try other dishes on the menu.
