I recently celebrated my birthday at this charming winery with my parents, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Miguel took excellent care of us, making sure every detail was perfect. He was attentive, polite, worldly knowledgeable and left an everlasting impression! The highlight of our meal was the steak eggs Benedict, which was an absolute winner. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it was cooked to perfection. After our delightful meal, we were given a tour of the property. The place was stunning, with picturesque views and beautifully maintained grounds. It was the perfect setting for a special celebration. I highly recommend this winery for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

We want to like this place as it is very elegant and the service was wonderful. It is local for us and there is a potential that we would become regulars but not from this experience. May give it another try. The food fell short of the mark. Our dinners were “banquet” warm and the signature cocktails were inconsistent for being signature. For the prices charged we felt disappointed. The ambiance is very nice and the vibrancy was expected for the size of the crowd; it was not overwhelmingly noisy.

They were obviously very busy in the kitchen, but it took almost 15 minutes for us to be greeted after we were seated. I ordered the caprese salad and it had one very small piece of mozzarella and the overall size of the salad was very small. I also ordered the crab cakes which were inedible. They had very little crab and consisted mainly of mayonaisse. My husband had the bolognese which was decent, but the portion was very small. The waitress was lovely and and removed the crab cakes from our bill and comped me a glass of wine.

We selected Orchid House to celebrate our 30th anniversary. James was our server; he was fantastic. His recommendations were perfect. The food was delicious! We had appetizers and shared an entree. They were so good! This is a beautiful place to spend an evening.
