    half of prime rib was fat. Did not and would not honor a gift card that I received from a friend. was told to go the receipt in which my friend no longer had

    Beautiful surroundings. Food was excellent as prepared, unique, great tasting food served in an appetizing display. Service is 100% respectful and correct. We had a great time and part of it was the amazing ambience, the service and of course the delicious entrees served. Not disappointing in anyway.

    Not a bad word to say. The staff is extremely professional and attentive and the menu and food was excellent. My fiancee and I would highly recommend.

    We waited about 15 minutes to be seated. We sat outdoors and the patio was lovely with a view of the hydrangeas along the side. The seating included a booth section which was a little too deep/cushy for my taste so I had to sit in a chair. The food was delicious and the portions were good. Some of the dishes like the lamb was a little heavy for brunch but it was scrumptious. The only complaint I have is that we’re charged a 3% credit card fee, which is not customary or appropriate for a restaurant of that caliber. Other than that it was a wonderful time and we will be going back.

    I went for the three course Father’s Day breakfast. Menu only had 2 courses to pick from. Was never told what the third course was. I assumed dessert. We selected a cookie w ice cream we shared and were charged 20.00 We were never told OTHER desert items were included instead. So we never got our 4 free deserts. Very expensive so not getting the entire package was very disappointing. Also when I searched for a place to go I wanted water front places…this most definitely was not.

    This was one of the worst meals I've had at Orchard Park, we go here several times a year for brunch. This was the first time we went on Father's Day, what an absolute waste of money and time. This is not a cheap place we would have fared better with food/service at the cheesecake factory, or I HOP. In my opinion, only go here on regular Sundays for brunch when they have a full menu, and the staff are more attentive otherwise it is not worth it.

    Absolute horrible experience! We were forced to order from the pre fixe menu which only came with 1 app and 1 entree! NO DRINK OR DESSERT! The baked oysters were literal crumbs - awful! Our “crab” omelettes were disgusting! They had two tiny pieces crab inside, yet loaded with a bunch of cheap tasting cheese 🤢! We basically paid $200 for two unseasoned omelettes! Gratuity was also forced! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
