Cocktail Lounge atop the historic Beekman Tower offering 360 views of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Ophelia offers a crafted a two-part cocktail menu featuring reinventions of classic and signature cocktails inspired by the natural elements and the glory of the lounge during its heyday in the 1920s and 30s.

Chef Ambrosio sources ingredients from local and international artisans, farmers, and fishmongers to create an elevated and refined culinary voyage. Small dishes include Maine Lobster Spring Rolls, Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras with dried cherries, Classic Caviar Service, Prime Beef Tenderloin, and Truffle Fries.

Fantastic view and delicious tapas. There were 6 of us and we shared a series of dishes.

The location is amazing; everything else was a bit thin, not extremely engaging, but not a wow experience. I would not go back there and not necessarily recommend it to friends

Carrot hummus was delicious but lobster pasta was bland. Drinks were ok, nothing noteworthy. Service was good and nice east river views. Though west side view is better during sunset!

View was amazing. Drinks excellent. Duck spring rolls very tasty. The AC was not working and the outdoor space was closed. Both dampened the evening unfortunately.

Food was good and somewhat the view. My waiter was nice. One staff member was rude. Place needs some update considering that this midtown.

We were seated facing the water. Wait service is knowledgeable with food and drink pairing. We didn’t get much noise since we came before the sun went down. DJ was just starting to set up. Highly recommended.
