When you come to Opheem, you get an insight into the inner workings of my mind. We’re striving to push the boundaries with Indian flavours, but with cooking techniques from all over the world, some traditional, and some very modern. At Opheem, I’ll be using the same paints as I’ve always done, to create a very different picture, on a very, very different canvas. Why? Because to evolve and adapt is what makes us human, and cooking is what sets us apart from the animals.

Opheem is everything that you'd expect from a 2 star Michelin restaurant. We went on a busy Saturday evening and from the moment we walked in it felt very special. The service was excellent and we felt very well looked after without it being intrusive. We opted for the 10-course tasting menu which offered a wide variety of flavours, textures & styles.....definitely worth it. The Wine Flight was probably slightly less successful for us and surprisingly when we didn't finish a glass of something we weren't asked for feedback but we do realise that wine is a very personal choice. Overall a wonderful experience and we'd strongly recommend a visit.

Fantastic from start to finish, beautiful food and service. It is expensive but you know what you’re signing up for. Awesome restaurant

Exceeded my expectations. We went as a party of 6 and had a brilliant time! Loved everything about the whole experience.

We had the 5 course lunch. It was brilliant from start to finish. We were made very welcome and all the staff engaged with the diners. There was a real buzz on the room. It was particularly nice that Aktar served some of the meals himself.

Fantastic experience. Food was sublime. Only one little niggle, we were kept waiting outside on the pavement until 3 minutes before our booking time. Would be far nicer to be allowed inside a few extra minutes.

The experience was special from start to finish. Lounge area was a lovely start to the evening and and the small food samples the brought with the drinks were superb prelude of what what was to come. Service was spot on from all staff, they were professional, engaging and wanted to make sure you enjoyed your evening. The tasting menu was phenomenal and with the perfect timing between courses so you did not feel rushed or were waiting for the next dish to be served. We did not have the wine flight but the sommelier looked after us well and his selection of wine was perfect and met or description of what we liked.

I had high expectations of eating at Opheem and they were exceeded in every aspect. From arrival we were treated as if we were the only people in the restaurant by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was superb, each course served by the chef who made it , including a visit to the table by Aktar. He also agreed to a photo with my son, celebrating his graduation. The food was outstanding, and the service sublime , I fully recommend a visit.

Another beautiful meal at Opheem. Certainly for a special occasion but they are so attentive and the food is amazing.

We selected lunch time menu the food was lovely presented, and tasted delicious. I felt the service could have been better for a michelin star. The staff were young and mumbled what we were served and none of the staff were really friendly it was a bit flat. For us, this let Opheem down
