    Very accommodating, beautiful rooftop and 38th-floor restaurant. Service was exceptional for was soooo delish and prices were reasonable for this type of restaurant, add to that the great music by the DJ and amazing atmosphere plus the views and you have a great night.

    We had a great experience at Open Aera. The views, food and service were all exceptional. Our waiter Shay was very attentive and had great drink and food recommendations. We will be back :)

    The food and drinks were super yummy. Our Server was super kind and accommodating and made me felt safe dining out as a Gluten intolerant person. Loved that.

    Beautiful restaurant. Server was very nice just food and drinks took really long. Also disappointing smaller menu for the rooftop.

    We went to celebrate our 10th Anniversary we experienced a below to very basic service nothing was done to make the 1 hour we stayed special - horrible service food was below par I would have had a better time at Joeys - we came looking for something special and energetic it was dead and the vibe was so boring the seats we were given were at the back of the restaurant right next to the kitchen on the rooftop no lighting at our table and the food took forever to come and the waiter smelled like BO - to say the least I do not recommend we headed up at Kost at the Bisha Hotel had an amazing time there instead!

    Beautiful rooftop with lovely views of Toronto (west side). Would have liked it if they had more of the same menu choices as Aera. The cornbread is out of this world delicious and the burgers (halal) were great too!

    The view was spectacular. We ordered an appetizer. We did not receive plates to eat it in as we were sharing. We didn’t get napkins. Had to ask for them. I ordered a steak bowl. My steak was cold. I didn’t say anything to the server as we had an event to get to. But for the standard of this restaurant and the category it’s in it wasn’t the experience we expected.

    So average, great views and ambience but missing fine dining touches. Food AND Drinks are passable. 2 cocktails & 1 app 100 bucks after tax + tip. Would be okay if it was worth it but this is not. Not returning.
