Waiter didn't do his research on the menu offered but the food was emance venison cooked to perfection medium rare 👌 Desert was still a little frozen but can live with that Really enjoyable night will definitely recommend to friends and family and we will be back to enjoy this place again outstanding

We dined here for a birthday celebration, as we got seated the place looked stunning a really nice atmosphere. My only concern was the food which was really tasty but a couple of things… The share steak platter at £90 did not seem enough for 2 men we expected more food for £90 Also the chicken again was tasty but not enough sauce as it seemed dry towards the end of the meal, I would suggest a side of sauce on the side with this meal Staff was very good and looked after us though the evening and the free birthday pudding was a nice touch

We spent a great night here on Saturday 7th Feb. The atmosphere was just perfect for us - we had a relaxed drink downstairs before heading upstairs to eat. The DJ was only playing background music really which suited us. The upstairs room was full which created a great atmosphere. The food was amazing really - we couldn't fault it.... We will be back in the summer to enjoy the view to the full. One side note on the service - we did not think the service was slow at all really but the waiter said we had waited too long for our dessert and he knocked it off the bill without us saying a word, it was a nice touch to show he was observing the room and mindful of keeping the service to a good standard. Highly Recommended.

Great friendly service. The food was very average and for me felt it was very overpriced for the quantity and quality. Very expensive drinks. Atmosphere was okay but seemed to lack something I can’t quite put my finger on. Visited for my twins 18th birthday and they both did receive a free dessert. However a 10% service charge added to the bill for a booking of only 5 people which I wasn’t aware there would be when we booked the table. We were disappointed by our visit overall

The menu states the fillet steak is served with sauted shallots and onions so everyone ordered rosemary potatoes or chips as a side. However, the steak was served with rosemary potatoes so we have double the serving of potatoes. Would rather have been told so we could order a different side dish. The ambience was impacted by a diner shouting and swearing across tables. Not what I expected. Nothing was said to this individual by the staff.

Birthday day treat 7:30pm. I always worry about asking for a very well done steak because chefs like to leave it a little pink so I usually go for chicken. However I gave it a chance and was not disappointed! It was done to perfection, for me anyway :) Nothing was too much trouble and seat by the window was just right for two. The lighting was intimate but you could still see what you was eating and the music not do loud you couldn't speak. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

We had family over to stay from down south we took them here on a Friday night and I must say it was lovely,The staff were so friendly and smart we decided to have a main and a desert the mains came lovely and hot and was plenty of it , only two of us had a desert and for £8.95 they was rather small will definitely be going again

Disappointing, we were expecting so much more… Steak choice was not available, wine choice was unavailable. The food was cold, potatoes hard, the steak underwhelming, and the cowboy butter inedible.
