Very good lunch overlooking the lovely gardens. Service was good considering how busy the restaurant was. We sat on the terrace to enjoy the weather. Highly recommend!

I was so disappointed with the food …the wrap was cold and dry the salad came without dressing and none was available when i asked .for some there I was inlyboffeeed some oil which was rough. I asked for lemon and wa told there were not any )although i did see a basket of limes on my way out. Even though i left a large amount of my food on the plate i was not asked if i had enjoyed thrmesjal or if there was anything wrong. Such a bad experience.

Food was overpriced and underwhelming. Very limited menu. Staff were inattentive. I asked when we arrived if a window could be opened. This never happened.

The One Garden is great the staff are lovely but the service is just really slow, and im not sure why. There seems to be enough staff, but you have to ask to order, then food takes ages. Dosnt really mstter for us as we are retired but others may need a bit more speed! Even waited over half an hour for 4 teas last week. Will keep using cause its so lovely there 😊

I wanted to book for six people for brunch and wasn’t able to do this online, maximum allowed is 4. It suggested making a telephone booking. I tried several times but was unable to speak to anyone. I booked for 4 online. On the day of my booking I arrived early and explained I wanted a table for 6. We were then given a table next to the bifold window and were able to sit in the breeze looking out over the garden. Once that was sorted we had a lovely time. Good service and food. We were able to take our dogs with us too.

Got there and it was closed ! Received no notification to cancel my booking. Very disappointed.

Unique venue, good food, the staff are lovely but the service was slow and it wasn't that busy.

One Garden is a very beautiful place as is it's restaurant, however, even though the staff were really charming, helpful, polite, especially the young man who served us, the food was not. There were 3 of us and we ordered breakfasts (10.30 in the morning) The eggs were all overcooked, the bacon had been reheated, the hashbrown was just mashed potato fried in some breadcrumbs. The sausage was a tasteless pate'. Mine had the food stuffed into a very overcooked and reheated croissant. So sorry, I would not recommend the restaurant a place to go. The bill was £58 - not cheap

Great setting outside looking onto beautiful roses. Very attentive staff, served fresh and tasty food. Perfect spot to meet freinds and enjoy the park. Only thing to say is the online menu was totally different to the offering on the day. Would highly recommend for casual lunch
