We were 10 people we ordered almost 12 different plates, 11 were perfect, the butter chicken needs some more attention, otherwise I am definitely going back again. Setup is unbelievable whether indoors or outdoors, service is professional, fast and courteous, finally the location is close to all the good places downtown Toronto !

Music aspires to be Miami club like with loud thumping disco base. Martini came 70% olive juice instead of 95% vodka. Shrimp Fajitas served with shell not removed from the shrimp tail shell. Hard to shell shrimp when they are really hot. Risotto with shrimp and mussels good but again shrimp tails not shelled. Service slow/inattentive but waitress was admittedly new.

We have been to a few One Eyed Jack restaurants in different cities but this was the worst. The restaurant was not busy. We had reservations but didn’t need them which was good because they didn’t have one for us even though I showed it on my phone Very loud music playing We were seated and took server 15 minutes to acknowledge us. She brought 2 glasses of water which we didn’t order. She was not very pleasant and it seemed like we were annoying her by being there. She eventually took our order. She never checked on us. Food was very good But overall Very disappointing experience

Good place. Loud but we had a large enough group to sit in a separate area and they turned down the volume for us. 8 to 80 found something good to eat.

We experienced terrible service here. The server came back multiple times to take our drink order and took 20-25 mins to serve our drinks. Appetizers came after the main course was served. One of the meals did not arrive until well after everyone had finished most of their meal. Overall - it was very disorganized and offered no apology other than they waived the one meal.

We love coming here for sporting nights, they have amazing wing specials and the quality is quite good. Unfortunately our evening this time did not start off great. Our reservation specified being placed infront of the TV and our initial table was not suitable (despite there being many open tables infront of the TVs). After getting reseated, I watched many servers walk by without acknowledging me, for 10 minutes until I stopped the manager and asked if this table is being served. Throughout dinner, it was quite distracting and unprofessional to see a couple of servers sit at patrons tables, have drinks and shots, get up and get their own drinks from the bar while the drink i ordered took +++ time to arrive (i almost cancelled it but it was already charged onto the bill). All while in their uniform...definitely a poor look from a hospitality stand point. Disappointed by this experience. I have 10+ years experience in the hospitality industry and this was super unprofessional.

Great spot for a sports bar. I went on a Monday evening. So it wasn’t super busy. The staff was super nice! And efficient! The wings are better than good. This could be a good local hang out. The tv set up is good for watching games
