Went with husband, we are not foodies but the reviews were so good wanted to try. Everything was AMAZING !! The bread was the best I have ever had, a crisplayer ontop,bit of salt yet airy center. Had scallops and the steak, was fresh and delicious !!! Might have unleashed a foodie desire on us now. Yum !!! Def recommend

The entrees were so spectacular! We got the pork chop and cacio pepe. Omg yum! The appetizers were a little too gormet for our liking but we did enjoy the cheese plate and cucumber salad. It's such a small space so the family with the toddler who paraded around the restaurant for an hour became tiresome and annoying. It was a hot weekend and some more air/fans would be appreciated, but the meals made it all worth it!

Everything was amazing from the craft cocktails, entrees to the desserts. Make reservations early as it books up fairly quickly. One Coastal is a hidden gem in Fenwick Island and it is nice to have a fine quality restaurant locally!

We come to this restaurant every year on vacation and it's always my favorite meal of our trip. (In various years: Scallops, tuna, flank steak, peach salad, beets, blue dream, flourless chocolate cake). It proves you can find a restaurant that is welcoming and hospitable and have great farm to table food. Too many places act like they just want you in and out, telling you about the next customers who reserved your table before you're even seated. We tend to be speedy diners and don't loiter, but at One Coastal, they actually seem to care about your experience from being seated to eating your way through dessert. Friendly people and yummy beautifully plated food. In sum: The food is fresh and delicious and everyone who works there seems to be in a good mood. It's not inexpensive, but I have always left feeling really lucky to have discovered this place.

It's no wonder this restaurant has gotten recognition from James Beard. Really interesting, innovative food. The blue crab aquachile was outstanding and the cacio e pepe was better than any I've had at top Italian restaurants. All four of us came away as very happy campers. It's a small space so plan your reservation well in advance though there is walk in bar service. The outdoor seating is less than desirable but it is easier to hear each other there as the noise level inside can be challenging. Service was very attentive and the house cocktails are top notch.
