Le 3800 Ocean propose une «cuisine collective." Les menus sont inspirés non seulement par l'abondance locale des récoltes renommées du sud de la Floride qui se développent dans un climat accueillant, mais également pas les saveurs régionales qui agitent les âmes de l'équipe de collaboration des chefs. Chaque chef apporte un nouvel éclairage sur la table : les plats favoris de la cuisine réconfortante de la Nouvelle-Angleterre; le feu et les épices du Mexique; les traditions des Caraïbes de la Jamaïque; et les classiques sans âge de Long Island. Might be an ok option for breakfast or lunch but ambiance was not good for a nice dinner. Bright lights and loud, felt like a cafeteria. Took an extremely long time to get drinks, we ordered drinks before appetizers and the appetizers came out first. Food did come out in a timely manner. Overall food was ok, but due to setting, I would not recommend for a dinner.

We really enjoyed our evening. Food was outstanding and the venue impeccable. Only suggestion might be some music? Our Server, Aggie was attentive and pleasant, thank you.

would not go again. everything took forever, even though there were only four tables. Multiple items wrong on order. Seemed to be forgotten multiple times.

We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful view. It was quiet and relaxing. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Fantastic wine selection. Devin was our server. She was knowledgeable and delivered a high level of service.

Beautiful location with a view. The serves are so nice and our favorite part is the rosemary bread wow! I had the oyster pasta with garlic so good!

I dont eat in hotels very often. Anyway, I decided to try this, and the experience was very good. The reservation process was easy, the reception kind, and the table we got was a window one, as we requested. Service was very professional and friendly (her name was Gigi), and the food excellent, may be a little spicy in excess for our personal taste. The menu is not too long, but with very good offfers. I had the mahi mahi almond encrusted, and my wife the snapper. Everything very well done. Two glasses of white wine completed the night. The price was not cheap, but fair. A place to return.

A beautiful view with excellent service and very tasty food. A very small menu, but there seem to be something that fit everyone in our party. An excellent evening.

We went for lunch in the 4th if Jily with my elderly parents. They accommodated their handicap needs and were very kind and patient during our 2hr long lunch. Aggie went far and beyond to make sure we all had a wonderful experience. She was attentive, happy and friendly. She called us “Madame” which was delightful and was ensuring our satisfaction with the food and kept all our drinks full on a very hot day. The menu needs more variety but the preparation was excellent. I would suggest NOT to fry or bread the lobster in the listed roll as it dries it out and makes it chewy. The Mezze plate was exceptional and the burger was cooked to perfection. I would add a tuna poke bowl and a quinoa and vegetables bowl and a light fish entree. Please make Aggie the standard for service. She really knows how to interact with the patrons.
