Ometeo is bringing an elevated version of classic, comforting, & nostalgic Tex Mex cuisine to Capital One Center in Tysons, VA. Brought to you by Long Shot Hospitality, the group behind DC's hit restaurants The Salt Line and Dauphine's. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation is firmly rooted in Tex Mex tradition all served up in a fun and dynamic environment. The restaurant consists of multiple carefully curated dining spaces and three different bars- Main Bar, Outdoor Bar, and Cadillac Lounge Bar. Reservations are available for four distinct areas : Main Dining, Outdoor Dining, Main Bar Booths, and Cadillac Lounge. We accept Open Table reservations for groups of up to 8 people. For groups larger than 8 people, or if you have any questions about making a reservation please call the restaurant or contact us at info@ometeotexmex.com. We look forward to your visit!

We went for a team Christmas gathering. The place was nice and very busy. This was our fist time trying this place and boy were we disappointed. We ordered drinks and food. Drinks was good. Food was cold and the portions for the price were not worth it.

We went to this Tex-Mex restaurant for a birthday celebration, and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The food was amazing—packed with flavor and perfect for the occasion—but what really stood out was our server, Pablo. He was so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He gave us great recommendations and made sure everything went smoothly, which made the night feel extra special. Pablo’s friendly and thoughtful service really added to the celebration. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Good food and service. If both improved just a bit, the experience would match the cost and it would be a good value. For now, it’s a great looking new venue in a great location that is just a little pricy for what you get.

I previously posted a review after a not so good experience at Ometeo. I stand corrected! Everything from the “hostess/greeters to the drinks, to the appetizer, to the yummy fajitas, to desserts were amazing. We obviously caught them on a bad night (it happens) a few months ago. The server “July”, the manager & everyone in between were very accommodating & courteous. Do yourself a favor if you aren’t already a fan, go to Ometeo…soon!

Food and service was just OK. Service was very slow. Food was just OK. Also placed small groups like mine (3) near large groups who were very loud.

Last month we had a great visit and experience. Last night (Friday after Thanksgiving) our dinner was mediocre from the Margarita to the Beef and Chocken Fajita platters. We probably won’t go back.
