Ometeo is bringing an elevated version of classic, comforting, & nostalgic Tex Mex cuisine to Capital One Center in Tysons, VA. Brought to you by Long Shot Hospitality, the group behind DC's hit restaurants The Salt Line and Dauphine's. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation is firmly rooted in Tex Mex tradition all served up in a fun and dynamic environment. The restaurant consists of multiple carefully curated dining spaces and three different bars- Main Bar, Outdoor Bar, and Cadillac Lounge Bar. Reservations are available for four distinct areas : Main Dining, Outdoor Dining, Main Bar Booths, and Cadillac Lounge. We accept Open Table reservations for groups of up to 8 people. For groups larger than 8 people, or if you have any questions about making a reservation please call the restaurant or contact us at info@ometeotexmex.com. We look forward to your visit!

Looking for a more relaxing "all bueno" vibe? Join us in our sleek stylish Cadillac Lounge Friday and Saturday nights. Reserve your lounge seating and enjoy Ometeo's signature cocktails and a delicious Cadillac Lounge menu of our signature appeteasers, tacos, and quesadillas. Starting at 9pm we turn it up a notch with "Ometeo After Dark" featuring a live DJ 9pm to midnight. (*Cadillac Lounge 21 and over only).

Toney Gomez really made our experience phenomenal! This place had a good vibe and yummy food and drinks! Very big portions but the cost was lower than expected! Definitely will be back and recommend.

We had an awful expertise at your restaurant. The service was awful it took our waiter over 25 min to take our order or to get us a glass of ice. The food was not what it usually is, my daughter got the breakfast burrito and it was cold and she couldn’t eat it. We were so excited to return to this place because last time the food and arrives was great. It was an almost $250 meal and no one was able to finish their dish. We were so frustrated. I do not think it was worth it and I do hope that the service and food are addressed.

Second time here and food did not disappoint again. Steak fajitas were outstanding. Great cuts of meat and seasoned so well. Love the melted cheese touch!! Our server Tony Gomez was also wonderful. Took the time to explain and helped accommodate different dietary requirements amongst our group. Only complaint this time was the drink service being extremely slow. We ordered 2 rounds for a group of 6 and each time the drinks took almost 30 mins which seems crazy for cocktails.. esp when you’re waiting for the first one or wanting to have your drinks with your apps and food. I know it was a busy Friday night but there should have been a plan to get drinks out a little faster. Otherwise great experience.

Nikki was great. Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. Provided great recommendations from the menu. Efficient in her interactions with her customers. Two thumbs up!

Beautiful restaurant and delicious but complex food. Service was absolutely terrible. Not entirely the waiters fault but at this price point it was ridiculous. Tables were blatantly ignored. One party next to us had to yell to get their check after being ignored for 10+ minutes. Service is so slow you will end up having to pay for parking (first 2 hours free) which just adds to the insult from the service.

Hello Christopher- very disheartened to hear that was your experience. That is certainly not the typical level of service we pride ourselves on and our overall service scores here on Open Table reflect, so that is very disappointing that was your experience. I assure you we will fully review your visit with the team that day and see why service was so off and address it. Silver lining it is nice to hear you enjoyed the ambience and found the food delicious, so hopefully you will see fit to give us another try and a second chance to make a much better service impression and show you that this was indeed an off experience and not a true Ometeo experience.
