Ometeo is bringing an elevated version of classic, comforting, & nostalgic Tex Mex cuisine to Capital One Center in Tysons, VA. Brought to you by Long Shot Hospitality, the group behind DC's hit restaurants The Salt Line and Dauphine's. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation is firmly rooted in Tex Mex tradition all served up in a fun and dynamic environment. The restaurant consists of multiple carefully curated dining spaces and three different bars- Main Bar, Outdoor Bar, and Cadillac Lounge Bar. Reservations are available for four distinct areas : Main Dining, Outdoor Dining, Main Bar Booths, and Cadillac Lounge. We accept Open Table reservations for groups of up to 8 people. For groups larger than 8 people, or if you have any questions about making a reservation please call the restaurant or contact us at info@ometeotexmex.com. We look forward to your visit!

This was our first time there and I will say service and drinks were great. Food wise honest opinion it was okay I think personally it was just too much.

The steak fajitas were served practically raw and when they returned to the table they were like shoe leather. Awful meal.

Our waiter honestly ruined our experience for us. Would only refill our waters if he asked, was completely silent the entire dinner, never offered or asked us if we needed things. Food was just OK. Won’t be going back.

Swordfish appetizer was wonderfully fresh. It really is a type of cerviche. When I placed my order for a regular Negroni, waiter said the cost was the same for Tito's vodka as Absolute. Gave me the impression that Tito's was their well brand. My bill came with a $2 up charge. Wasn't happy. Regardless... grwat meal. Enjoy!

I have been to Ometeo a number of times and am never disappointed. We bring family and friends as well and everyone is always impressed! The menu has a lot of options and they are always adding new items so I have always had something different. Everything has been very good, but the barbacoa beef cheek tacos still make me want to go back for more. Don't miss out on the Chile con Queso - it's awesome!

The food was very disappointing. Waitress was very kind. However, the quality of the meal was a non starter. Very unfortunate, as the venue was nice and Tysons needs a greater variety of dining.

Hello and thank you for your visit, but of course very disappointed to read the food did not meet expectations. We take great pride in our food and as you can see by our 4+ rating here in the food dept. overall we are typically hitting the mark, but we certainly do want to hear about it anytime a guest is less than satisfied so we can best review their experience and learn and improve from it. If you could take an additional moment to reply privately and provide information on the reservation name and specifically what dishes were not up to par for you that would be very helpful and much appreciated. As it sounds like you really enjoyed your service and the ambience of the restaurant we'd hate to lose you as a guest based on this one time food experience. Hope to hear from you. Thank you!

The place is gorgeous, the food was good ok but a bit on the salty side. It does get loud in the restaurant. Overall it was a good experience. Parking is a bit confusing.
