Ometeo is bringing an elevated version of classic, comforting, & nostalgic Tex Mex cuisine to Capital One Center in Tysons, VA. Brought to you by Long Shot Hospitality, the group behind DC's hit restaurants The Salt Line and Dauphine's. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation is firmly rooted in Tex Mex tradition all served up in a fun and dynamic environment. The restaurant consists of multiple carefully curated dining spaces and three different bars- Main Bar, Outdoor Bar, and Cadillac Lounge Bar. Reservations are available for four distinct areas : Main Dining, Outdoor Dining, Main Bar Booths, and Cadillac Lounge. We accept Open Table reservations for groups of up to 8 people. For groups larger than 8 people, or if you have any questions about making a reservation please call the restaurant or contact us at info@ometeotexmex.com. We look forward to your visit!

It was nice! They have a lounge upstairs as well with good music and dance … delicious food

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. I had made a reservation for 8:45 pm for a special occasion—my wife’s birthday dinner. Unfortunately, despite having a reservation and arriving early, it took over an hour for us to be seated. This delay was extremely frustrating and left both my wife and our guests feeling unhappy on what was meant to be a memorable evening. While we appreciated the gesture of offering some champagne, it did not feel sufficient given the circumstances. Although the food was excellent, the long wait overshadowed the experience, and I feel the situation could have been handled better. I hope you can use this feedback to improve your service for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Great Tex-mex that wasn’t too heavy. Your entrees don’t come with a massive plate of beans and rice which I appreciated. The pescado tacos were perfectly seasoned.

The room we sat, which was right by the kitchen was extremely loud, no buffer on the sound. I could not hear my husband across the table. We had to scream and hear everyone else scream.

Hi Sholeh- sorry about that and feedback heard- pun intended;) We do understand that on a Friday at 7pm that dining room can get pretty lively, but as we discussed on your way out we definitely do also have a good number of cozy booths and corners that are quiet and so I did add the note to your reservation profile to make sure in future visits we always get you seated in one of those quiet spots. Service was really great! The food was really well prepared and presentation was great! The noise level is above average, and the tables for 2 will have you sitting further apart (just a heads up). The only thing that could have been better was one key part to Tex-Mex, and that’s actually the rice. The rice wasn’t bad, but also wasn’t Tex-Mex! Overall great experience!

The ambiance and food was amazing! This is going to be one of my new favorite restaurants to frequent! Cannot wait to come back. The interior of the restaurant was chic and cozy.

I invited my daughter to have dinner with me at Ometeo for the first time. Food flavor and presentation were well executed. The margarita was on the light end and too much salt on the thick rim of the glass in my opinion. It is a beautiful restaurant and reasonably priced. I really look forward to going back to enjoy more flavors. Thank you.

I am going to start off saying very disappointed at the services. This place was recommended and I picked to celebrate my daughter and my twins birthdays and the experience wasnt what I was told. Our service seems like he didn’t wanted to take care of our party not sure if Pablo was bother the fact that we had kids in our party.
