Literally translating to "Trust The Chef Please", Omakase Por Favor is a new restaurant in Lincoln, CA. We combine the best of coastal Mexican cuisine and the Japanese Omakase dining experience. We offer signature oysters, ceviches, and fresh seasonal seafood along with vegetables and produce from local farms and suppliers. Join us for lunch for a quick bite from our à la carte menu, or make your reservation for dinner where you can experience a culinary journey in our omakase menu and leave all of the decision-making to our expert chefs. My wife and I came to Omakase Por Favor for a Valentine’s Day date. The restaurant is small, but that helps the intimacy feel of the restaurant. We were seated promptly at our reservation time and given the option of still or sparkling water to start. We were then given the regular menu and the Valentine’s Day special omakase menu. We opted for the Valentine’s Day special. It included a bottle of wine and a seven course tasting menu. It was pretty pricy at $375 for the couple, but it was the most incredible seafood I have ever had in my life. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. My wife, who doesn’t care much for seafood, agreed that it was delicious and well worth the money. I would come back again and again and can’t recommend this place enough. Fantastic job all around by everybody involved!

Went for Valentine's. 1st time. We had a wonderful experience. Food and Service were exceptional. It is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. We will be back!

My wife and I had heard some wonderful things about the establishment. Decided to have a late lunch today and perhaps validate what we’ve heard. What a perfect decision. We sampled multiple items. Four to be precise, plus the most memorable saki. Our server was so helpful and a delight. We provided our preferences and she provided an exciting meal. Ambience, perfect Food exiting, original, and so different than similar items on menus in other environments. This was Michelin excellence without the expensive. We have friends coming from out of town this weekend and will bringing them to presumably have a similar experience. We are very excited. Our advice, take a look at the menu and believe what you see. If it fits into your taste profiles, the join this exciting different style of excellence.

The food was amazing. We did the Omakase tasting. Everything was different, with fresh tasting ingredients and elements to dishes that were both familiar and newly inventive. Caesar salad with chicharron dust, and shrimp mole and potato, unforgettable cod ceviche with a beautiful arugula pesto. It was an unforgettable menu and great service. The sake pairing was great too - never really had masterfully crafted sake like that. Also - the coffee… definitively a must.

It was a5 course meal with a 5 beer pairing. The food was gourmet and very good, as was the Alaro beers. It was well worth the money spent.

We opted for the Chef’s choice selections. Really special dining experience. Beautifully prepared & presented dishes. Unique & very flavorful. I highly recommend! We dined at the Lincoln location.
