Literally translating to "Trust The Chef Please", Omakase Por Favor is a new restaurant in Lincoln, CA. We combine the best of coastal Mexican cuisine and the Japanese Omakase dining experience. We offer signature oysters, ceviches, and fresh seasonal seafood along with vegetables and produce from local farms and suppliers. Join us for lunch for a quick bite from our à la carte menu, or make your reservation for dinner where you can experience a culinary journey in our omakase menu and leave all of the decision-making to our expert chefs. The food was fantastic and the service impeccable. Gourmet dinner at its finest. I did not know sushi could be so elevated. Everyone in the party was impressed.

Had an anniversary dinner here. Unique experience and food, enjoyed the seafood creations. The staff even had a hand-written note waiting for us, a sweet touch. Will definitely return! Portions are small, so keep that in mind if you have a hearty appetite.

What an incredible experience! We definitely trusted the chef and were very impressed! We will be back often and look forward to the Sacramento spot opening too! Thank you SO much for such an incredible experience!

Estiban, our server, was fantastic. The chef who made our scallop shooters the second time was great. We joked about his New Zealand accent yet he’s from Roseville.

We celebrated our 33rd anniversary there and it was amazing! Great dining experience and staff.

Glad I gave this place a try because it blew my expectations out the water! Everything was fresh and the combinations of flavors was amazing. The customer service is top tier and I will be coming back, the tuna ceviche was in its own league!
