Waitresses were not attentive. I ordered a Tostada salad the grilled chicken that smelled like fish. However they did remake my salad. had to get attention of waitresses from the start of taking our order to getting check.

The food was onsy but the service was very slow. It took 40 mins to get our appetizer. We also felt that the restaurant was too noisy.

We were a party of 6. I asked for a quiet table so our group could all hear the conversations. We got a corner table in the side room. PERFECT! We did have to ask to turn down the music a notch or two again so we could hear each other. That was accommodated as well. That was a problem the first time we were there. Food was excellent. Our friends really enjoyed their entrees. I’m sure they will go back again with their family.

Service was slow. Food was decent. The table was reserved and ready for our group. For a business meeting, it was a success.

We had a reservation at 8:30 am and arrived on time to find out the restaurant closed at 9 pm. We ordered everything quickly to respect the workers and get them home as soon as possible. Let’s start with service was outstanding ! Walter’s filled, drinks and food ordered quickly and he consistently checked back with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Chips and guacamole are outstanding !! Our entrees we just warm, not hot. Flavor was nice but would have liked a hotter meal. Overall good and would go back and try again !

Upon arriving to the restaurant, we noticed right anway the cosmetics of the restaurant were amazing! The atmosphere was very pleasant as well. I am not sure if the restaurant was short staffed but it did take a while for our server to arrive after seating us. Even after our whole party of 12 arrived. Nonetheless our waitress was very nice. I ordered the enchiladas and I must say they were pretty good. We also ordered 2 pitchers of margaritas. The cucumber and the guava. My favorite was the cucumber margarita. So refreshing and a must try. After dinner we went on a stroll around the area and it is centrally located and surrounded by super up beat bars and more small restaurants. We had such a blast.

Everything about my first visit to Olla Cocina was great. The menu isn't that large, but what we had was good. They serve the "harder" type of tortilla chips and their guac is tasty. Chicken enchiladas verde were tasty and just a little spicy. Very nice. The quesabirria tacos were wonderful. Nice flavor and a little extra dipping consome on the side. And I'd also recommend the braised beef mole enchiladas. They have an extensive tequila selection. Our group was mixed on the Cazadores anejo. I didn't think it was very smooth but someone else liked it a lot. And one of the reposados, I forget if it was the avion or azunia was pretty light for a reposado. Still, great fun tasting!

The place looked nice but the food was bland no flavor. The waiter we had was rude and disrespectful and gave us mediocre service. Would not come here again
