It was our first time at Olivine, and we look forward to returning. A unique space and ambience and the service was above expectations. We tried a couple of wines which were excellent. A couple of the dishes we ordered, however, were slightly disappointing compared to other wine bars, so I hope my comments will help in this regard. The warmed olives could have had more variety, in texture and taste. As they were all quite strong in vinegar, it affected the appreciation of the accompanying wine. The salumi dish also only had two meats, one of which was unimpressive. I think a more considered and varied selection would do the impressive wine list more justice. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
