Fire alarm was set off by cook. Restaurant was shut down and we were offered no compensation, no tab or any value for coming back due to the issue.

Unfortunately, a loud fire alarm went off inside building right as we were starting our meal. They didn’t explain what’s going on. We were not sure whether we should go outside for safety. Our waiter came after about 7-8 minutes and told us that they will take care that in about a couple more minutes. But even after another five minutes, it still went on. We tried our best to be patient but simply lost our appetite with such a big noise for so long. I saw most people leaving and I asked for box and check. There was no discount for trouble nor any apology. They said only fireman can turn off the alarm - no sign of firemen after 20 min. I understand that it’s not completely restaurant’s responsibility with what happened, but I really couldn’t see any concept of customer service from the restaurant. I am also really concerned that they didn’t properly inform customers about the alarm sooner which makes me believe it was against fire code. Unless they address that, I will not go back there with my loved ones.

It was a great experience. Was grabbing some food before a movie and this perfect. Timely, good options and the watts is about the drinks.

Tasty cocktails, a happy kind server, and a delicious dinner made a family birthday celebration perfect. Also- oysters were amazing!!!

This was our first time dining at Oliver’s. The food was excellent and service outstanding. However, the noise level was very loud during our meal.

Service was very good except for one area. My wife’s entree came out and mine was delivered about five minutes later. First world problem but should have been delivered at the same time.
