WE sat outside and had a nice dinner. Unfortunately we saw rats running around next to our table. That sort of ruined the ambiance of the night. The food was good, service was good....we know the owners are trying to tackle the rat problem....but...

Great ambiance and service. The Watermelon Jolly Rancher drink was amazing! Delicious! Will definitely return to try other items on the menu. The Honey Roasted Chicken Salad hit the spot.

The food was OK, it was a nice Father’s Day buffet. What really bothered me was that when I booked on OpenTable, I had no idea. The buffet was the only option. It was $80 per person. There definitely was not that kind of value in the food or the ambience.

Liked the Food and our server was wonderful! But the owner is unfriendly and rude. Had made reservations for outside seating. So when they sat us inside I mentioned oh I had made a note for outside, any chance we can get that? He snapped super rude in an annoyed tone… No you’ll have to wait 45 minutes and you came in behind someone who already got outside. No oh sorry or any friendly gesture. ok no worries I get it. But seriously speak in a kindly manner to your patrons who are about to pay an expensive dinner. I’ve heard others say he’s abrasive and short when speaking to guests but never experienced it till last night.

We love Olive Terrace. I love that their menu is very eclectic. I can have something different every time I go. The best part is that everything is amazing. The fish special, the Persian kabobs, the wonderful short ribs and of course, their starters. The ambiance, believe it or not is great outside. They have a patio outside by the parking lot. You don’t even notice. The decor and beautiful sounds of the fountain right next to the tables, makes you forget that you’re outside by a parking lot. The service is impeccable and the owners are always there making sure everything is perfect. We love to eat outdoors so that we can take our little pug. The environment is very dog friendly. We really enjoy Olive Terrace.

Very poor service. Our waitress never came to our table to check if we need anything. We had to flag down a busboy to ask for what we needed. Then Lo and behold, she became super friendly and helpful as soon as we asked for the check. Obviously, she’s hoping to get a generous tip. Really?!

Great food! My normal fruit cobbler which is good had a hard crust. Should have sent it back. But told them so they can correct.

We were seated quickly but it was over 20 minutes before I had to ask for a server to get us water. We’ve been there many times, the food is delicious but the service is hot and cold.
